OppFocus is a subscription-based SaaS application that provides sales professionals with tools to track the progress of sales opportunities through a customizable pipeline with visual indicators, timers, notifications, and data import capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Starter: $9.99/month (up to 10 opportunities)
• Pro: $19.99/month (up to 50 opportunities)
• Unlimited: $49.99/month (unlimited opportunities)

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OppFocus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
